Creamy Cucumber Dressing - makes about 2 cups
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 medium cucumber, chopped fine
1 tsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced very fine
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
Blend ingredients together in a jar and store in the refrigerator

Another cucumber dressing recipe
CUCUMBER DRESSING
1 medium cucumber
1 small onion
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablepsoon Lemon Juice ,plus
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash of Garlic Powder
1 1/3 Cup Mayonaise
Grate cucumber and onion; then drain well. Pat dry with paper towels.
Combine remaining ingredients; stir until blended. Add cucumber and onion,
stirring well.
Yield: about 2-2/3 cups

Cucumber Dressing
2 large cucumbers
1 package Original Ranch Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
Peel and seed cucumbers. Grate and set in a colander to drain. After about 30 minutes, mix the cucumbers, Original Ranch Dressing and mayonnaise for a delicious salad dressing

Garlic Lovers Creamy Cucumber Dressing/Dip
Serving Size: 8
Ingredients:
1 and ½ cup cucumber, pared -- seeded
1 ¼ cup mayonnaise
2-3 garlic cloves -- minced
2 tablespoons parsley -- minced
1 tablespoon chives or scallions -- minced
1 ½ cup sour cream
Season with salt and pepper as to your taste.
Mix all and either serve as salad dressing or dip with chips…….YUMM.
